What we collect

• Details you give us when you ask for a quote or book: your name, email, phone number, company, the property address and access details, and your message.
• Details we need to carry out and invoice a job: booking dates, the services provided, payment and invoice records.
• Photos taken before and after a clean, for quality checks and to show you the work.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (taking steps at your request before a contract).
• To carry out the service you booked, and to invoice you (performing our contract with you).
• To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).
• To check the quality of our work and deal with any complaint (our legitimate interests).

We will only use photos of your property publicly, for example on our website or social media, if you agree first, and never with the address shown.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to do the job: the cleaners carrying out your booking, and the service providers we use to run the business, such as email, cloud storage, accounting and payment providers. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

• Client and invoice records: 6 years, for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop. Email hello@zenithclean.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us and we’ll put it right.
